By using Foxy Ads, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Foxy Ads is a classifieds platform that allows users to post and search for product and service ads.
3. User Registration
- You must be over 18 to register
- Information provided must be accurate
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One account per person
4. Publishing Rules
It is prohibited to publish:
- Illegal content or content promoting illegal activities
- Counterfeit or stolen goods
- Weapons, drugs, or prohibited substances
- Content infringing on third-party rights
- False or misleading information
- Spam or duplicate ads
6. Payments and Promotions
- Payments are processed through Stripe
- Prices include applicable taxes
- Promotions are non-refundable once activated
- We reserve the right to modify prices
7. Responsibilities
Foxy Ads acts as an intermediary. We are not responsible for:
- Accuracy of published ads
- Transactions between users
- Damages derived from using the platform
- Content published by third parties
8. Intellectual Property
Users retain rights to their content but grant Foxy Ads a license to display it on the platform. The Foxy Ads brand and site design are our property.
9. Termination
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms without notice. Users can delete their account at any time.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be notified and enter into force immediately upon publication.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Pavia, Italy.
