- Weapons, drugs
- Copyrighted content
- Fake news
- Spam
6. Payments
- Processed by Stripe
- Prices include taxes
- Non-refundable
- Prices subject to change
7. Liability
Foxy Ads is intermediary. Not responsible for:
- Accuracy of ads
- User transactions
- Damages from platform use
- Third party content
8. Intellectual Property
Users own content but grant license to show. Foxy Ads design owned by us.
9. Termination
We can suspend accounts violating terms.
10. Modifications
We can modify terms.
11. Governing Law
Spanish law. Pavia, Italia courts.
